How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on the size and scope of the project. In a nutshell, it will be determined based on how many hours of pre-production, shooting, and editing go into the video. You can request a quote for your project here.
When is payment required?
You will be charged 50% of the estimate before production starts, and the remainder upon delivery.
My business is in another state - can you support me?
Our primary area of operation is Maryland, Pennsylvania, and D.C., but we will travel a reasonable distance on the production day. You will be charged the cost of our travel based on IRS standard mileage rates.
How long after production ends will I get my video?
The length of post-production time can vary based on the project requirements. You will receive an estimated timeframe before production starts. Typical productions take 1-2 weeks.
I already have video recorded - do you provide editing services?
Yes, we offer all of our services a la carte. We can do pre-production, shooting, editing, and motion graphics separately or as part of a whole project.
Can you just shoot b-roll for me?

I just need graphics for an already edited video - can you do that?

If you complete a fully edited video for me, will I have access to the raw footage?
Yes, if you request the raw footage then we will provide it to you, but you will incur an additional charge.
I want my video in 4K. Can you do that?
We produce video in an array of resolutions based on your requirements. However, unless a higher resolution is requested during the beginning stages of production, we will deliver your final video in 1080p.
How long will the whole process take?
Project length depends on the size and scope of the video. The average video can be shot and edited within 2 weeks. You will receive an estimated time-frame when you request a quote.
